Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is made, we are unable to offer direct cancellations. Please note, if the production process has already started or if 24 hours have passed, we will not be able to process your cancellation request.
What is the cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged to cover payment processing costs and any other costs associated with your cancellation. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds are processed via bank transfer, and our accounts team will assist with this. Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to be processed. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us at customersupport@dandpo.com.
